    Travel tickets for around the holidays are naturally expensive. A rule of thumb for purchasing airline tickets and passes are to get them as soon as possible if you know you have a definite date. The closer to the deadline or the shorter notice you give the airports, the more expensive they are. I would suggest nabbing your tickets within the next week or so because a lot of people try to get their Christmas travel booked and ready to go before Thanksgiving is here.

    To get a good price for the dates your talking about,you should have booked months ago.You are talking about the most popular time of the year…..your far too late to get a good price,unless your lucky in picking up a cancellation.
