How do I go about purchasing (Open Return) International Airline tickets?

    Just ask for them at the ticket agency.
    Most bigger airlines have em you just need to specifically ask for them as they are more expensive.
    Also check at the Embassy of the country where he’s going to if he needs special inoculations or visa to stay for a year.
